Check your client for errors by going to Help, Support, View Trace or View Log. You may see an error indicating it could not connect to the server on a port.
In File Preferences do you see any options relating to video?
Any kind of firewall (including NAT firewall)between you and the server, can the server ping your machines ip address, if it cannot get a direct connection it will not work.
Is your machine on the same subnet/network as the server?
Does you machine have an audio card installed, if not these options wont appear.
Are you running a softphone on your client, maybe using port 5060?
